I have brown hair and brown eyes. what color hilites should i get?

Brunettes always look good with high-lights. Use a caramel color, honey color, or copper color. Try not to do too many. Maybe along with your highlights you could get it cut! Like a cut framing the face, it makes you look reall shapely! i'm 13 too! Im also a brunette and I have brown eyes, Good luck!
