HELP!! I want to get my hair cut and coloured, but im not sure what colour will compliment my skin t

I'm british, so i have light skin- with a pinky tone to it. Im naturally blond and i have curly hair, but it goes straight really well when i blow-dry and straighten it. I'm thinking i would like to get thick bangs cut into it, and some low lights and highlights. I'm just wondering what colour low lights i should get. how dark should i go??

as for low lights so with a golden blonde, don't do anything too drastic at first, experiment and make sure you like it
