Dye it black and get pink and orange or multicoloured extensions or permanent streaks, get a full fringe and short layers on top leaving you with the long layers with coloured streaks on the bottom,

and if you get the layers on top cut short buy some hairspray and a poof out the short layers each side of your head and scrunch them outwards, and this will emphisise the colours and layers on the bottom!
