I have dyed my hair before ( it used to be blond now its light brown) it has kind of grown out but now i have a some roots. i want to get it back to its Original color whats he best way ?

first let your hair colour grow out a little bit so that you can see the roots, then go see a hair dresser. They won't be able to match your hair colour perfectly but they can match it pretty darn close, I died my hair back to my natural colour and it is almost exact, you can't even tell that the colour is grown out (unless you stand really close and just stare at my head lol)

Its really hard to get the darker color out..It will fade over 2-3 months if you don't redo it, but if its much darker you will have to lighten the darker ends. (Have it done..it can be very hard, especially with long hair.) Bleach is just about the only thing that will work, not a blond color at the drugstore. Then you will have to recolor the WHOLE thing a color close to your natural~! Other alternative,..grow it out, using a semi-permanent color,like Clairol Natural Instinct to keep the roots light brown till its all cut off or grown out. Was the blonde your natural color? DONT use anything that strips your hair because it removes all the needed nutrients and natural needed oils from your hair
