15 year old guy here.

I have the length, but not quite the thickness because I'm not blond. (blond people have more hairs on their head). How could I make it look more.... windswept like his?

you could put some gel into it whilewet and run your fingers thru it, and even tho this sounds girly, mousse ahah. using a blowdryer to kinda mkae it look more messy could work too
